About Us

We are a family run business established in 2004, the accommodation is situated within our home but has its own access point entirely independent from the rest of the house. We have 2 twin rooms and one double room available. The house is situated in a quiet area backing onto a park and within easy access to the surrounding countryside. We have extensive knowledge of all walks in the local and surrounding areas, we are 5 mins drive to the town centre, 20 mins drive from the Yorkshire Dales & Wycoller, 30 mins drive from Howarth, 40 mins drive to Blackpool, 1hrs drive to the Lake District, and Boundary Mill is only a 15 mins walk.
